東京在住。 学生時代にイギリスへの語学留学を経験。
帰国後、インテリア会社にて外資企業への営業に携わる。
その後、ファッション＆広告カメラマンのマネージャーを務める。
１０代からの希望だった舞台女優になるため、思い切って退社。
舞台に立ちながら、司会に携わるようになる。
スキルアップを目指し「ＮＨＫ日本語センターアナウンス・カレッジ」で学び、プロMCに転身。
司会経験は、２５年以上。
企業イベント、記者会見、ＴＶ番組のナレーター、
映画舞台挨拶＆インタビューなど、多数。
ウエディング司会は2000組以上（通常司会 ＆ バイリンガル）
ライブ感のあるトークを得意としています。
